So it has been four months since I stopped running for personal issues. I have missed it so much. But since its been so long the little stamina I had has disappeared.  Seeing my data from my runs were pretty downing.

But its also feels like fuel and encouragment to get back to where I was before. So today since my legs are crazy sore, Im going to take it as a rest day amd jump back to it tomorrow.

It’ll be a little rough geting back on the horse, but I’ve done it before and I always end up going further.

So is there a time where you’ve had to drop something to only come back to it later and start from scratch? If so what was it?
